Ensuring freshness
We, at Grace Veg, want to guarantee that you receive only the freshest groceries. When you place your order with us, we will prepare it only on the morning of your selected delivery date.
Please note that we are close on Mondays so there will be no deliveries on Mondays.
Please be available for your delivery
To avoid any issues with your order, please be readily available and contactable for your delivery. Your delivery personnel is instructed to make all effort to reach you on his/her first delivery attempt. If for some reason you are not contactable, or able to receive your order, it will be returned to us.
The delivery personnel will only deliver to the door and must be collected by you, or someone from your household. No special arrangements (e.g. leaving package with security or concierge, placing parcel in cupboard or behind gate) with your delivery personnel will be allowed as there will be no way to determine if your items will be kept fresh.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
